Cal Poly Pomona

There are no curfews in the residence halls. All students are able to enter their buildings at any time. Please note that all buildings are locked and students can only enter their buildings with the key they are assigned to. A phone outside of each building provides nonresidents access to the resident they wish to visit. All visitors must be escorted through the halls. Three residence halls have been themed as our Weekend Hall, these halls meet the needs of our many residents who do not go home regularly for most weekends. More programs and activities are organized for Friday and Saturday nights, including social and recreational activities during the day.

CSU Sacramento

Residence hall students may come and go as they wish. There are no curfews. Please be aware that the outside doors to the residence halls are locked and residents must use their access keys to enter the buildings. Guests must be met at the front doors and escorted into the buildings.

San Diego State University

SDSU students are free to spend time away from their residence halls on weekends, and curfews are not imposed. Although there are many things to do off-campus, SDSU offers many on-campus weekend activities, such as concerts and recreation events.

San Francisco State Residence Halls housing does not impose curfews or bed checks; students are free to come and go 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Yes, students are allowed to go out or to go home on weekends. There is much to explore in the San Francisco Bay Area for SJSU residents and they are encouraged to use readily available public transportation to see as much as they can.
