Can I report more than one racial or ethnic identification for myself?

The application form provides you with an opportunity to report your primary racial or ethnic identity. The CSU Multiethnic Survey website was developed to enable students and applicants with multiethnic backgrounds to provide more precise information to the CSU than is possible using single-valued ethnic declarations. You can select combinations of ethnicities to more appropriately represent your heritage, rather than being limited to the selection of a single ethnic identity. As with all data collection activities concerning ethnic background, your participation in this project is voluntary. Neither you nor others can view any data collected on the website. Any information you submit on the website will override and update any existing information. The address for the website is: csuethnicsurvey.xap.com.
