CSUMentor Logon Help
Don't panic, this happens a lot.
First, let's rule out the common mistakes:
- Make sure that the "CAPS LOCK" on your keyboard is not down.
- If you used numbers in your password and you're using the number pad to enter them, make sure "Num Lock" is turned on.
If either of those was true, that may be your problem. Hit the back button on your browser and try your name and password again.
